This client manufactures sporting goods and accessories that are sold through Amazon Vendor Central. They are a well-known household brand in sporting goods and frequently have to contend with knockoffs of their items on Amazon.

The client came to us with excessive spend in Amazon Advertising. They wanted to increase sales and prevent hero products from losing sales due to cheaper knockoff competitors, but they were unsure how to achieve this without a high ad spend.

We created an entirely new campaign structure, utilizing every campaign type and setting available in Amazon Advertising. We built this structure around the needs of the client to keep specific products afloat and create growth for newer items while staying within a monthly budget.

Through our new campaign structure and management, after one year of service, we were able to reduce cost by 33%, increase revenue by 62%, and decrease ACOS by 59%.
