Amazon expands Live Chat to cover more stores and issues

Easier to use Chat connects directly to an Amazon associate

Amazon announced it has expanded the live chat feature for most issues, regardless of store or language. When you request chat, you’ll connect to an Amazon associate from Selling Partner Support in real time.

Start by opening a support case by going to “Get Help.” Then select your store, service and issue type and then click Contact an associate and then select Chat.
