Amazon Fulfillment Centers Stocking Essential Items Only

Due to COVID-19, Company Prioritizing Household Staples, Medical Supplies

Amazon Fulfillment Centers Stocking Essential Items

Due to COVID-19 and its impact on the selling out of household and medical supplies, Amazon has been temporarily prioritizing specific products being shipped to their fulfillment centers.

However, as of April 18, 2020, more products are now eligible for shipment creation. The company continues to focus on high-priority products that customers currently need, but limited quantities of a broader spectrum of products can now be sent to fulfillment centers.

The highest priority products continue to include:

  • Baby Products
  • Health & Household
  • Beauty & Personal Care (including personal care appliances)
  • Grocery
  • Industrial & Scientific
  • Pet Supplies
To see which of your products, if any, are included in the newest products allowed, sign in to your Seller Central account and visit the Restock Inventory page. Additional products eligible for shipment with quantity limits are marked with “Limited Restock.”
