Shopzilla.com was founded by Farhad Mohit in 1996 and is currently owned and operated by Scripps Networks Interactive. It quickly became one of the leading comparison shopping engines and was soon recognized by Time Magazine as one of the “50 Coolest Websites” in the shopping category.
