Despite our client’s widespread success, it hasn’t always come easily.
Due to the erotic appeal of our client’s apparel, their copy language and products have often been considered questionable by online advertising policies. Classified as “adult content” and “non-family” by Google, it was historically difficult to ensure and maintain Google Shopping and AdWords approval.
We addressed and fixed all policy violations, helping to reinstate their suspended Google Shopping account. We then developed and implemented a strategy, which included:
- The strategic optimization of their data feed.
- Restructuring their existing campaigns, while launching a new, customized Google Shopping campaign.
- Proactive bid management on all products.
After only 60 days, their Google Shopping performance had dramatically turned around. After 4 months of maintaining this strategy, our client was seeing an impressive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
