Position:  Digital Ads Technician 

What You Do: 

  • This position is a hands-on-keyboard operations of actual accounts and campaigns of clients.
  • Focused on advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Criteo and other digital advertising management software. 
  • Work with Digital Advertising Planners and Account Executives together as a team develop advertising strategies.
  • Create and implement campaign tests to achieve actionable results and improve campaign and account performance. 
  • Recommend bidding strategies at campaign launch and maintain an optimal bidding strategy based on results. 
  • Perform keyword research. 
  • Generate competitive analysis reports.
  • Produce digital advertising reports from individual advertising and analytics platforms. 
  • Possess the ability to maintain poise under stress and to respond quickly, logically, and patiently to questions or requests.

An Excellent Candidate:

  • Skillful listener & master communicator with the ability to share account information with team members.
  • Pays meticulous attention to detail.
  • Works well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing 10+ accounts simultaneously.
  • Either has a current Google Ads Certification with at least two areas of specialization or can attain that within two weeks of hire.
  • Either has a current Sponsored Ads Certification for Amazon Ads or can attain that within two weeks of hire. 
  • Bulk campaign management with Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Experience managing monthly budget spends over $50,000/month.
  • Ecommerce-based business proficiency. Understands the nuances of working with brands and products..
  • Advanced understanding of Google Merchant Center and Product Data Feeds.
  • Can measure and report on performance of accounts/campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Able to track your projects and workflow in project tracking software like Asana, ClickUp, Trello.
  • Self-motivator who does not wait for others to start their day.
  • Is not easily frustrated.
  • Is a problem-solver, who when their tasks are complete, works ahead or helps their team members.
  • Is always looking for and working on ways to advance their clients, the company, their team and themselves.

Extra Credit:

  • Experience working for a PPC agency or one of the platforms or SAAS Vertical Rail actively utilizes.
  • Excellent Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) Reports skills.
  • Experience working with Amazon DSP Ads.
